Operating Procedures:
We have sufficient material inventory to meet customer needs, utilizing colors to distinguish the different steel grades.
We have more than 23 sets of automatic CNC cutting machines (including circular saw and band saw cutting machines), enabling us to do the cutting process quicker and delivering the materials faster to our customers.
Thanks to our experienced engineering team and professional equipment, JFS can smoothly carry out the turning, milling processing, and the heat treatment and grinding processes. Before and after each procedure, the finished products go through final inspection before being packaged and shipped, to ensure the customers will receive the product as they requested.
