Before production, our team reviews the customer’s drawing, material grade, tolerance requirements, quantity and application. Based on the requirements, we help evaluate suitable steel materials and machining processes.
Operating Procedures
JFS Steel maintains sufficient material inventory to meet customer requirements. Different steel grades are organized and identified by color markings to improve material management and reduce handling errors.We operate more than 23 automatic CNC cutting machines, including circular saw and band saw cutting machines. This allows us to process steel materials efficiently, shorten cutting lead time and deliver materials faster to our customers.
With our experienced engineering team and professional equipment, JFS Steel can smoothly carry out cutting, drilling, turning, milling, heat treatment and grinding processes. Before and after key production steps, our team performs inspection to ensure that the products meet customer requirements.
Before packaging and shipment, finished products go through final inspection. Anti-corrosion treatment, packaging and shipping arrangements are then completed according to customer needs.
JFS operates more than 23 automatic CNC cutting machines, including circular saw and band saw cutting machines, allowing us to process steel materials efficiently and support faster delivery.
