Ju Feng Special Steel Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. In the early stage, the company focused on the distribution of special steel materials, fixed-length cutting, and material trading, mainly supplying various special steel round bars, steel plates, round tubes, and steel pipes. With years of experience in the steel material industry, Ju Feng has continuously built strong material sourcing capabilities, professional steel knowledge, and reliable customer service.
In response to changing market demands, Ju Feng established its drilling department in 2016 and successively introduced high-speed drilling, core drilling, and deep-hole drilling equipment. This enables customers to proceed with preliminary machining and semi-finished processing immediately after material procurement, helping them reduce the time and communication costs of coordinating with external machining suppliers while providing more efficient and flexible material processing solutions.
In recent years, to meet the market demand for small-volume, high-variety production, faster delivery, and more complete manufacturing services, Ju Feng further developed its OEM precision machining services in 2025. The services include turning, milling, turn-mill machining, and grinding. Through these capabilities, Ju Feng provides a true one-stop OEM manufacturing service, from steel mill material supply, fixed-length cutting, drilling, heat treatment, and precision machining to finished product delivery.
In terms of quality management, Ju Feng continues to strengthen its inspection capabilities for both materials and precision components. Material inspection includes hardness testing and spectrometer chemical composition analysis to verify material quality and conformity. For precision machined parts, inspection capabilities include roundness measurement, surface roughness measurement, and CMM inspection. The company is also gradually introducing AI-assisted automatic CMM inspection systems to improve inspection efficiency, data accuracy, and quality traceability.
In addition, Ju Feng enhances order management, production scheduling, and delivery efficiency through well-organized warehouse management, cutting and work order dispatch, order processing, and shipment arrangements, supported by computerized operation control systems. This allows products to be delivered to customers more quickly and consistently.
